This was one of my first models designed using box pleating. It is quite inefficient for its purposes, but it works. I used really thick paper and it still yielded successful results. Unfortuantly, the color change isn't natural, so you will have to paint the blue on if you choose to make him. 

From a design standpoint, he was interesting to design because both the top left and right are complete reflections of the middle. This is called a graft in origami. Grafts are typically used in order to provide extra paper in a certain section. In this case, I needed more paper at the legs to create a defined foot coming out from the cloak.
